This fault can occur while using https://hysopt.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HRM/pages/3089204289/Hybrid+production+Heating components, where a pump is only placed on (n)one of the ports. This fault can be fixed by adding another pump.
This can also happen on switched production and switched consumers.
