Symbol and connections

These components work the same way as the modulating room controllers but instead of modulating, will request either non or full heating/cooling power.

Trigger offset

Added to this controller is the trigger offset option. This adds a hysteresis on the threshold value to try and minimise oscillation.

  • When the room temperature goes below the setpoint - trigger → Output is high

  • When the room temperature exceeds the setpoint + trigger → Output is low.

  • When the room temperature is in between, it retains its value
