Parameterisation & usage

There are 2 different tap profile generators, both of which generate a tap profile based on different inputs.

Eco tap profile

There are different tap profiles already inserted, which you can select, based upon their maximum peak. They go from S (max 4l/min) up to XXL (max 16l/min). A maximum tap profile time shift can also be implemented if needed. They can be re-randomized each simulation, however, this is generally not advised as usage also changes.

Standard tap profile

In the standard tap profile a number of baths, showers, bathroom sinks and kitchen sinks can be given in, which simulate the tap profile.

Both of the tap profile given above, give the following tap profile. As you can see there are clear peaks when the different end units (shower, sinks,…) are used.
