First login & Resetting password

Important note: Make sure Google Chrome is set as your default browser before continuing the following procedure

At the first sign in at Hysopt (https://app.hysopt.com/), you need to request a password reset.

First you type in your e-mailadress as your user name, then you click on the orange button in the bottom left corner.



Immediately after, you will receive an e-mail in your inbox with a link inside. After you click on this link Hysopt will automatically open and you will see a pop-up as shown below.

Then you fill in your new password and confirm it. After that the normal Hysopt login page will open again and you can login with your credentials.

In case it is not possible to make google chrome as your default browser, click with the right mouse button on the link "here" as shown bellow. Then copy the hyperlink and paste it into the address bar of Google Chrome.
