Introduction

Mark endunits

The generation of the Hysopt model will start by looking for the endunits.
Based on the

Applications

In Hysopt we know several applications :

  • heating

  • cooling

  • chang-over

  • DHW (future)

  • Ventilation (future)

By default, the Hysopt BIM Syncer will take a look at the endunits, and based on the available info on that endunits, generate a model with the corresponding application. If no further information is available, it will generate by default a heating application.


Since Revit has no way of indicating what tpe of application you are designing, the BIM Syncer automatically adds an extra project parameter for piping systems to the model.

This allows to define the application on the piping system.

Project parameters

As explained above, the Hysopt BIM Syncer automatically generates some project parameters. You can view these parameters via following window in Revit :
