No, Your Hysopt BIM Syncer models are not accessible via a Chrome browser
The log files are stored by default in the ApplicationData folder instead of the installation folder located in Program Files.
You can find this folder on following location C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Hysopt
ADD this
User interface
Go to User settings:
Change the default mouse button to pan by selecting the your preferred option.
Use zoom-in or zoom-out buttons at the bottom of the window.
The windows have the same functionality as dockable windows in Revit.
See following Autodesk page for more information on how to dock : https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit/getting-started/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2019/ENU/Revit-GetStarted/files/GUID-2FCA3097-36CC-4EED-B6BB-BAF431EC9475-htm.html
This behavior can occur if Autodesk Revit was displayed on a monitor other than the primary monitor before you disabled multiple display support. A possible solution to resolve this issue, go to windows > settings > system > display > display resolution and change the display resolution to smaller resolution.
Causes:
You need to login into the Hysopt BIM Syncer to activate most of the buttons.
See Start the BIM Syncer and log inIf the version of your Hysopt BIM Syncer is out of date, you will need to install a newer version first

Enable volume computations in Revit as explained in: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2020/ENU/Revit-Model/files/GUID-84D8BC77-AAF3-4F45-B77E-58E35858D3AA-htm.html
The best way to explain the difference between the Hysopt BIM Syncer and the Hysopt Optimiser, is to explain the common functionality and the specific differences they have.
Common | BIM Syncer | Optimiser |

Both the Hysopt Optimiser as the Hysopt BIM Syncer share the functionality to: Rapidly model P&ID schemes:

Hysopt BIM Syncer can take Pipe placeholders and analytical connections into account.
Connector of tee fitting is not connected (disconnects)
In case of a disconnect, the BIM syncer will handle it as a fitting with two connectors, so it will not handle it as a Tee-point.
In this case, the pipe segments primary and secondary from the T-point, will all be handled as ONE branch
Cap open end of tee fitting
Pipe is connected to tee fitting which is capped with a pipe cap
Tee fitting is connected with a pipe cap
BIM Syncer will handle that branch as a dead-end branch, and it will handle the fitting (from a hydraulic perspective) as a fitting with two connectors, so it will not handle it as a Tee-point.
In this case, the pipe segments primary and secondary from the T-point, will all be handled as ONE branch
A non-capped pipe is connected
If a non-capped pipe is connected, then the BIM Syncer will handle it as a fitting with three connectors. It is assumed that this pipe is not fully modelled and needs additional pipe segments, fittings, and components.
In this case, the pipe segments connected to the T-point will be handled as three different branches, seperated by the fitting
Solution:
Work through the following troubleshooting steps:
look into the log file and see if there is a message that helps you further.
look into the Windows Event viewer and see if there is a message that helps you further.
collect as much info as possible and contact your reseller. Check our support page.
If you enable the Sync Views
mode, click on a Hysopt Base Circuit, and subsequently press CTRL-H
to replace this Base Circuit, Revit sometimes intercepts the command to show annotations on the menubar. The Replace Base Circuit functionality of Hysopt is not loaded.
Unfortunately this is a Revit limitation that cannot be fixed.
However, there are some workarounds to avoid it :
don’t click too quickly on different hysopt Base Circuits
(give Revit the time to sync the view and highlight the Revit element before clicking on the next Base Circuit)lower the higlight time in the settings page to 1 second
Disable the
Sync Views
mode when replacing Base Circuits
The changes will be detected when you re-validate.
Errors might occur when you removed some items. The mapping in the Hysopt BIM Syncer might think they still exist.
Yes, go to Manage > Project parameters
and remove the Hysopt parameters
