What is validated in a validation report?
The validation checks 3 items:
Mapping: Mapping validation
Components
Pipes
Zones
Semantics: Semantic validation validates if mapped elements have the same function/ role in the installation. This is done by checking the classification of elements.

How to create a validation report?
You can request a validation, once you have a Revit project and a Hysopt model linked and mapped to each other (see Link Revit project and Hysopt model and Mapping).
Click the validate button in the tab Validation
The validation report window opens.
The Hysopt BIM Syncer will validate the models and mappings. The validation generates outputs which can be viewed in the validation report.

You can filter validation outputs based on types.

You can filter validation outputs based on content.

How to analyse the validation outputs?
If you click on a validation, the Hysopt window and the Revit Window will automatically highlight the corresponding elements
