Chiller with setpoint (simplified chiller)

The chiller generates the temperature given as the setpoint. This works similarly to the boiler model explained in the https://hysopt.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HRM/pages/22183973 section. The KV-value is the parameter that needs to be set, using the pop-up window. Furthermore, the EER can be filled in, which will be used as an estimation throughout the year.
