Settings
To customise your preferences, you can access the settings window in the Hysopt BIM syncer ribbon. In the settings window, you will see three sections:
Each section has different options that you can enable, disable or adjust according to your needs. By adjusting these settings, you can optimise your workflow and improve your user experience with the Hysopt BIM Syncer.
Popup messages
Message duration (seconds, min3)
You can specify the duration of how long a popup message is shown. The minimum duration is 3 seconds.
you can use the toggle button to control the visibility of info messages. you can turn them on or off according to your preference.
Highlighting
Highlight duration (seconds)
You can specify the duration of a highlight (in seconds).
Maximum highlighted Revit elements
In Sync views you can sync the Hysopt model view and the Revit model view upon selection of an element. With the maximum highlighted Revit elements setting, you can specify a treshold to limit the amount of highlighted Revit elements upon selection of multiple elements in the Hysopt BIM Syncer canvas. If your selection of elements in the Hysopt BIM syncer canvas exceeds the treshold, you will receive a popup message.
Hysopt model generation
The orthogonize function is used for changing the geometry of a hysopt model. It takes the angles of the model and adjusts them to be 90 degrees, creating a more rectangular shape. This can improve the readability.

Minimise number of crossings
Create more space between the base circuits to minimise number of crossings.

Density ( 0= calculate automatically)
The density setting is a parameter that controls how compact the generated model is. A higher density value means that the model will be less compact. A lower density value means that the model will be more compact. The default value is 0.
