The add assistance parameters tool automatically generates some project parameters.
You can view these parameters via following window in Revit :

Application (for Hysopt) parameter
Since Revit has no way of indicating what type of application you are designing, the BIM Syncer if a piping system is applied in a heating system, cooling system or changeover, the “Add Assistance Parameters” automatically adds an extra project parameter Hysopt - Application
for piping systems to the model. The software interpretes the piping system by default as a heating system. You can indicate the type of application by putting one of following numbers:
Heating system
Cooling System
Changeover
This allows the user to define the application on the piping system.
