The add assistance parameters tool automatically generates some project parameters. If you want to remove these parameter in later stage, you can do so as explained here.
You can view these parameters via following window in Revit :
Mark a Revit element as an endunit
If this information is not available, or if you want to ‘force' a component to act as an endunit, you can mark components as endunits using the project parameter Generate as endunit
Application (for Hysopt) parameter
Since Revit has no way of indicating what type of application you are designing, the BIM Syncer automatically adds an extra project parameter Application for piping systems to the model.
This allows to define the application on the piping system.
